Covered patio with a private hot tub (seats 4-6), sectional sofa, and shaded seating. The hot tub is yours exclusively — included with the home at no charge. It does not require the Clubhouse resort pass. Gas grill available; bring your own propane ($50 cleaning fee applies if used).
RESORT AMENITIES — MAGIC VILLAGE CLUBHOUSE (OPTIONAL)
Heated pool and spa, fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, kids' play area, and Japanese restaurant on-site. Clubhouse access is $100/party/day (optional) for your whole group. The restaurant has no access fee — walk in anytime. The private patio hot tub is completely separate from the Clubhouse and does not require this pass.
