The open-concept layout of this home offers a comfortable and practical living experience. The kitchen features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a wraparound breakfast bar with seating for casual meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area includes a wooden table with enough space to gather comfortably. The living room provides a relaxed atmosphere with neutral-toned sofas, a mounted TV, and a fireplace set into a wooden accent wall, all with views of the outdoor pool area through large sliding doors. Overall, the space is well-lit and designed for everyday functionality with a modern touch.

POOL AREA

This fully screened pool area features a spacious pool with built-in spa and a deck that connects to the interior. The patio includes a covered outdoor kitchen with grill, sink, and prep space. Cushioned seating and green views create a private, comfortable spot for relaxing or entertaining.

GAME ROOM

The game room features a ping pong table, a basketball hoop game, and a cozy lounge area with couches, TV, and bright decor. It's a clean, cheerful space designed for both play and relaxation.

UTILITIES

This property offers essential utilities for a comfortable and easy stay, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with major appliances and cooking essentials. Guests will also have access to toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. Free on-site parking is included.

SECURITY

For your safety, there’s an active security camera at the front door monitoring the exterior. The home is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Your peace of mind is important to us.
