As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible.

This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation
